Haizea Wind Group’s Bilbao plant is now executing its third monopile contract since the 2024 expansion, this one for the 1,380 MW Norfolk Vanguard West project owned by RWE and partner KKR. The project won a CfD in January’s AR7, with a firm order for 92 Vestas V236-15.0 MW turbines placed in February, and transition pieces are under fabrication by Lamprell under a 2024 contract.
