Envision’s EN-226/8.X MW model has been dispatched as four of the sixteen units required for the 128 MW Vinh Long nearshore wind farm in Vietnam, the first equipment delivery for a project that its developer REE Group says will hold the largest single-turbine capacity of any nearshore installation in Southeast Asia. The turbines shipped from Envision’s Sheyang base in Jiangsu, China, under a supply contract announced in January 2026 covering the 48 MW V1-3 Phase II and 80 MW V1-5&6 Phase II sites in Vinh Long Province. REE secured marine survey rights in 2025 and plans a metocean campaign from Q3 2026 for the separate 500 MW Nam Bo 3 offshore project.
