Tersan Shipyard held a steel-cutting ceremony today for the EUR 221 million vessel, designed by Salt Ship Design at 148.4 metres length with a 13,000-tonne cable load capacity, making it Asia's largest and among the world's top five by loading capacity. Kongsberg Maritime is supplying the integrated technology package, with delivery to LS Marine Solution expected in the first half of 2028. LS Cable & System linked the vessel's timeline to the 2028 start of commercial production at its U.S. subsidiary LS GreenLink.
