The tender covers flood-protection construction for Jastarnia on the Puck Bay side, spanning km 49.20–52.80 in two design-and-build lots: an eastern and port section (km 49.20–51.40) and a middle section (km 51.40–52.80). The work is part of a wider project to secure shorelines against Gulf of Gdańsk waters, which also includes a western section (km 52.80–53.90) tendered separately. Bids are due 21 September 2026, with a 24-month completion period from contract signing. The EU co-finances the scheme under the FEnIKS programme for infrastructure, climate and environment (2021–2027).
