Acta Marine took delivery of the CSOV Acta Gemini at Tersan Shipyard in Türkiye on 8 June 2026. It is the third vessel in a series of four newbuilds and will soon mobilise for RWE’s 1.4 GW Sofia offshore wind farm, operating from Grimsby under a long-term charter to provide walk-to-work and accommodation services for up to 88 personnel. The vessel is equipped with dual-fuel main engines, methanol-ready propulsion, an advanced offshore access system, a helideck, and daughter crafts. Only a few turbines remain to be installed at the Sofia project, which is expected to be commissioned this year. The first two vessels, Acta Pegasus and Acta Hercules, joined the fleet earlier in 2026, with the fourth, Acta Aquarius, scheduled for later this year.
