RWE’s Offshore Wind segment posted adjusted EBITDA of EUR 810 million for the first half of 2026, up from EUR 643 million in H1 2025, driven by higher generation as wind conditions normalised. The company raised full-year 2026 segment EBITDA guidance by EUR 100 million to a range of EUR 1.65–2.15 billion, and increased 2027 guidance by the same amount to EUR 2.0–2.5 billion. Group-wide preliminary adjusted EBITDA reached EUR 3 billion with net income of EUR 1.3 billion, exceeding market expectations. RWE also completed the increase of its indirect stake in transmission system operator Amprion to 55% after German Federal Cartel Office clearance on 17 July.
It delivers the segment-level H1 EBITDA figure of EUR 810 million and the EUR 100 million guidance raise for both 2026 and 2027, following the initial general outlook upgrade reported on 29 July.
