The SBU struck the Filanovsky oil platform in the Caspian Sea and two bulk carriers it alleged were transporting Iranian weapons to Russia, alongside hitting the 151,000-barrel-a-day Tyumen refinery in the Urals region. The refinery, one of Russia’s largest privately owned plants and a key supplier to western Siberia, was previously targeted in June; emergency services are now at the site. Russian forces meanwhile struck port infrastructure in Mykolaiv, Odesa, and Izmail, while Romania intercepted a Shahed-type drone that entered its airspace for the second time in two days.
