The Cambria (61.6 MW) and Highland North (75 MW) repowered wind projects in Cambria County, Pennsylvania, secured approximately $356 million in construction financing, with KeyBanc Capital Markets serving as coordinating lead arranger. Both projects will use Vestas turbines, with Cambria under construction and expected to reach commercial operation in autumn 2026; a ribbon-cutting for both is planned for September 2026. Exus Renewables North America, the owner, now holds over 306.9 MW of wind capacity in Pennsylvania, including the 139.4 MW Twin Ridges Wind Farm.
