The design-and-build contract is split into two lots. Lot 1 covers reconstruction of the left and right Kłodawa flood dikes, each from km 0+000 to 6+685, to Class III hydrotechnical structure parameters; Lot 2 covers roughly 4.4 km of the Bielawa right dike from km 1+810 to 6+200. The buyer is Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie, Poland's state water-management company, with an estimated net value of PLN 27,476,848.35 (about PLN 13.35 million for Lot 1 and PLN 14.12 million for Lot 2). Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots; the tender deadline is 1 September 2026.
