The water company’s 2026 annual report reveals the long-term incentive plan for new CEO James Jesic rose from 200% to 400% of his £775,000 base salary, taking his theoretical maximum annual package to £4.8m. Simultaneously the annual bonus ceiling was cut from 120% to 100% and an environmental performance metric was removed from bonus criteria; predecessor Liv Garfield was blocked from receiving bonuses for the year to March because of pollution failures.
