Paul Foreman, currently Chief Operating Officer, will take up the role on 1 September 2026, succeeding Frans Calje who is stepping down after a ten-year tenure as CEO. The port operator, owned by Brookfield and Pontegadea, contributes £1.4 billion annually to the Teesside economy and supports 22,000 supply-chain jobs across 11 UK sites. Executive Chairman Jerry Hopkinson will concurrently move to a Non-Executive Chairman role on the same date.
