Nordrift is a machine-built daily sector briefing. This page explains what that means and how it works.

What Nordrift is

Nordrift delivers one curated briefing per sector every morning — Offshore Wind and Dredging & Marine. Not a newsroom working the day, but a pipeline that reads, threads and summarises overnight.

What you read is machine work. No editor sits in between passing judgement on each article.

How it works

Overnight, the pipeline reads hundreds of trade sources: trade media, press releases, stock-exchange filings and publications from governments and grid operators.

Reports covering the same event are threaded into a single storyline. From that, AI writes the headline, the summary and the context plate.

Every claim stays traceable to a public source. Each article carries its source, linked to the original. What does not come from a source is not there.

AI-generated, and open about it

We use the technology of today, which gets better every day. That is the promise and the limit: now and then a summary could have been sharper.

That is why the source is always there. If it matters, read on to the original — the full story lives there.

Every briefing, every article, every weekly report and every email carries the EU label for AI-generated content at the top. Not in the small print, but where you start reading.

Spotted something wrong?

Send it over. Corrections go into the pipeline the same day and are applied to the briefing concerned.
