HSBC and Clifford Capital Back Cadeler With €180 Million Green Facility
The facility is unsecured, opening at €60 million with an optional €120 million accordion that could lift it to €180 million. Proceeds fund construction of wind turbine installation vessels, mission equipment purchases, and general corporate purposes. HSBC's Singapore branch also acts as green loan coordinator and facility agent, with advances under APLMA Green Loan Principles. Norton Rose Fulbright advised the lenders; Bech-Bruun advised HSBC on Danish law.
